0 Trip to Hawaii & New Music Video Shoot
My wife and I just got back from a 12 day trip to Kona, Hawaii and it was fantastic! For those who don’t know, I grew up in Kona in the early 1980s when my parents were on staff with the missionary organization YWAM. Since then I have had a chance to return several times and still have close friends living there. This was the first time we’ve had a chance to go back in 5 years since our honeymoon and the first time I’ve been there together with my parents in 14 years!

0 New Lyric Video for “In Their Place”

I finally finished a new lyric video in time for Easter for my song “In Their Place” off my 2008 Coffee Shop Songs CD. This song tells the Easter story from Jesus’ point of view starting with him kneeling and praying in the garden, to the Cross, resurrection and empty tomb. It shows Jesus’ cry to the Father to “take me in their place.”

0 Hello from Golconda Fort in Hyderabad, India

So we’ve been in Hyderabad, India for 7 days so far on a business trip and will be heading home to the US on Sunday the 23rd. Today we visited the amazing Golconda Fort (also known as Golkonda). Here’s a short little video I shot from the 400 foot top of the massive fort after climbing the more than 1,000 steps to get to the top. The music playing in the background is a sneak peek at an early mix of the next single, “Peace.”
